Happy and Sad news

Well Steve left a week ago and they have been down in South Florida for Fleet Week..They have been having lots of fun and also doing alot of volunteer work for the community down there.. Yesterday he and some of the guys went to the children's hopsital to visit and just spread some cheer..He called and told how sad it was to see some of those children..There was a 9 month old little boy who was in the NICU he has just come out of some sort of surgery..He was crying and the guys were talking with him and trying to calm him down..Steve asked the nurse was his parents??  Well the nurse said he didn't have any they had left him at the hospital right after he was born..  One of the sailors started to cry and Steve said it was the saddest things ever.. He wanted to scoop him up and bring him home..Its just amazing to know these big strappin men can be brought their knees with something so small as a baby..I just welled up with tears to know this baby had no home! 

Ok well on to the happy news well 3 days ago Steve called to tell me we finally after being extended an extra year here in Virginia we got ORDERS!  We are moving to Twilight country ok not really Forks but we are moving to the Great Northwest of Bangor, WA!!!!  We are so excited that we get to experience new things and meet new friends!  Oh course we are truly going to miss the friends we have made over the last 6 yrs!  It will be heartbreaking and a very teary journey..  We will leave here in June when Hailey gets out of school..So there alot to take care of over the next month and a half..  My heart is heavy and scared but at the same time we are very excited....


Well tomorrow is National Scrapbooking Day!  Hailey is having her friend over for a sleepover tonight, so that means I can get back into crafting tonight and some tomorrow also..So I am really looking forward to that..I hope to see some of you ladies "around" tomorrow..
